This solution from Goodyear Tuning utilizes a 92 x 92 x 38 mm (175cfm, 12k RPM) fan connected to a stepdown converter (12V10a) and illuminated on/off switch. Simply attach the ring terminals to the respective battery positive / negative and zip tie the fan to the frame.
