PREWIRED (FD) Bundle inc Twist Throttle w Button, Black Grips, & Key Voltmeter

Need it all and less clutter on the handlebars?  Here’s a Premium throttle w a momentary button for various options (like 3 speed or boost) and key voltmeter PREWIRED for your FarDriver.  Simply press the button & cycle through your 3 speed or perhaps set it up for boost?  All components made to our spec using the same wire length as our other accessories, so no need to extend!  We even made sure the grip was preinstalled on the throttle, saving you a little headache.  

Note:  DISCONNECT battery when wiring up key voltmeter.  Key Voltmeter--plug two pin voltmeter plug into the two pin RED connector on FarDriver harness.  The one pin connector goes to the one pin ORANGE key lock wire on FarDriver.  

Wiring of Throttle / Momentary Button

3 Pin (3 Wires):  plugs into the WHITE 3 Pin FarDriver Plug for Throttle

3 Pin (2 Wires):  plugs into the BLUE 3 Pin FarDriver Plug for the 3 Speed

Programming Button Function

In the FarDriver app, go to Parameters --> Open Pro NBLE --> Functions Section.  Scroll through the options in the "HighLowSpeed" parameter.  My favorite is the Button 3 Speed Low, which starts the bike in gear 1 when you turn it on.  Explore the other settings . . . there's even an option to cycle through 3 speeds and BOOST!  

Prewired items only work with the normal FD harness.  The Kunray controllers alter the normal FD harness.  You will need to depin the orange wire from their 2 pin connector and wire it direct to the red wire from the key voltmeter. 

If your harness is for an high powered encoder that has a 9 pin, 8 pin, and 6 pin Furukawa connector on the primary harness, this will NOT work.  Normal encoder harnesses only use one 8 pin Furukawa and are compatible with this setup.
