Wiring Guide: (Updated on 3/9/26)
1) Install Included Stepdown Converter (Red = hardwire to switched power from key, plug yellow & black connector into display cable)
2) Display Wires: wire both black ring terminals to battery negative of the controller and plug Yellow wire (2 pin connector) into the FD One Line (brown wire on Gen 2 controllers). If you have a Gen 1 controller (open lug), the yellow will connect to the baby blue single wire—you will have to manually connect them.
In general, One Line is one of two wires. Most common is the brown boost wire next to the blue with red stripe wire on 2 pin connector. The other option is the Light Blue Wire on FD Harness--usually on 360, 530, or 850 models.
