Delrin Swingarm Bushing Set (Razor SX500 / MX500 / MX650)
Delrin Swingarm Bushing Set (Razor SX500 / MX500 / MX650)
Want to remove some of the slop out of your rear swing arm? Replace the Razor (SX500 / MX500 / MX650) rear swingarm bushings with a set of quality Delrin self-lubricating bushings with 12.9 grade premium stainless steel hardware. The bushings are 12mm longer with hardware designed to engage the pivot tube. Pivot tube not included--you will re-use the stock piece.
INSTALLATION
1) Under the bike, you will see a hole in the center right under the pivot tube. Using a small screwdriver or punch, hold the pivot tube still and remove the 10mm bolts on the ends. Remove the old bushings and pivot tube. If you have difficulty removing the stock bushings, remove the swingarm, thread in the stock bolt all the way and tap with a rubber mallet to gently guide it out--do not be too aggressive as you can damage the stock pivot tube.
2) Install one bushing onto the pivot tube & slide it back into the frame. Now, install the other bushing on the opposite side. Delrin bushings are designed to fit snug, so you may need to use a rubber mallet and GENTLY tap them into place, while not damaging (mushrooming) the tip of your pivot tube.
